Chris is the best contractor!!! We will be using him again the future. We worked together on my kitchen and I highly recommend his services. I enjoyed how well he listened to the ideas we had, and gave professional advice on how best to achieve that vision while still considering budget, look/feel, and time. He knows his stuff and yet still connects you to every piece of a project like a typical project manager. Chris is a fantastic communicator. For the cabinet company he recommended, they were able to mock up a design and we used visuals to talk through design updates/materials. He will get on the phone quickly with you if you need anything and also can stop by as well if you need to talk in person. I so appreciated how on top of everything he was! In terms of payments, he requires a percentage upfront, a larger percentage mid-project, and then small % at the end. With each quote, I got a detailed breakdown of everything he was charging and why. The quality of the materials he uses is top notch and he help guides you on price and look/feel to match what you want. I liked the people he worked with – they were nice, clean, and did a great job communicating issues or completed work.

Chris is currently our contractor on our home renovation. We did kitchen, dining living and bathroom. He has been on time, ahead of schedule, and very open and honest. His guys are fantastic and get it done. Salvatore his tile guy was meticulous, and my tile is beyond my expectations. This is the 4th remodel my husband and I have done in different properties and this has by far been the easiest and smoothest. I would recommend Chris to anyone, for anything related to remodeling. And the price, well that's the best part for anyone doing a remodel, we came in under budget!

Working with Eddie (who works for Chris) was great. He was responsive, reliable, would communicate any scheduling delays or changes, and is a true bathroom construction and renovation expert. He was meticulous yet also efficient. Chris' estimates and labor costs are very fairly priced as well, which makes Renovate Me a smart choice for your small or large projects.
